All our hire projectors come complete with cables, please let us know what computer you will be using with our projector to make sure we provide the correct lead. We can provide you with mains extension cables if required.

Meeting Room Projectors

Desk Top LCD Projectors – Small, light, powerful and easy to use, ideal for  small meetings of up to 20/30 persons. Capable of filling a projection screen approx. 1.52m wide. For boardroom presentations we have desk-top projection screens exactly the same size as a 50” flat screen monitor perfect for 10/15 persons. All our LCD projectors come with a flight case, computer connecting cable, standard mains cable and a remote control. 

Meeting Room LCD Projectors – Slightly bigger in size more powerful light out-put but still easy to use. Used for delegate numbers of 50 plus. Can be used for projection screen sizes up to 2.13m / 3.048 wide. All meeting room LCD projectors come complete with flight case, computer connecting cable, standard mains cable, a remote control and a projector stand, if you need one. We have floor pull up projection screens 2.133m wide ideal for use with these projectors.

3000 lumens suitable for meetings of all sizes up to approx. 40-50 persons.

4500 lumens for larger rooms with 50-120 delegates.

8000-15000 lumens for large events such as Conferences and Awards.

Conference Room Projectors

Designed to cover a very wide range of venues these projectors come in all shapes and sizes. Suitable for conference numbers of 150 to1500 or more and range in light output from 11,000 lumens to 35,000 lumens. Only ever used with an AV technician we can provide the right projector(s) for any job.
