Our AV hire business is still an important part of the company today as we continue to look after our customers who value the extensive AV Services we provide on a day to day basis across the country.

All the events we undertake on behalf of our clients is down to one big team effort from all concerned at Mercian Events. Every job begins with the selection of a dedicated project manager for that event. They will work directly with the client on a one to one basis and prepare a detailed brief for them, once that brief has been approved by the client the project manage will work with our design team to provide a proposal and a quotation containing bespoke conference set designs using 3D CAD imagery, once we get the go ahead all that remains is for us to deliver an event that exceeds the clients expectations and encourages them to work with us again.
