AV Hire Midlands
We provide AV hire & AV equipment hire across Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire including Birmingham and the West/East Midlands and Gloucestershire. We provide a bespoke delivery, set-up and collection service together with an optional service for an AV technician to work with clients before an event attending to: –
- All aspects of PowerPoint presentations including actual multimedia production
- Inserting video clips
- Producing corporate display graphics
- Providing Mini to full scale backdrops in-keeping with the occasion.
- Video pre-event production or live/recorded on the day complete with post event edited copies
- Providing delegate aids such as iPads/voting systems
Also, on the day technical support for the AV equipment and the Technician at an agreed cost.
Our field of operations for modern audio visual equipment hire extends regionally to all parts of the West/East Midlands providing a much needed friendly AV Rental business, for example we will soon be in Shropshire providing a range of AV equipment for an important two-day event also in Leicestershire at another International two-day event. Last month we were in Somerset at joint venues on another International two-day show.
Further afield our AV hire service extends to South Wales where we have regular clients using our audio/video systems for important staff meetings at certain times of the year, they rely on us to work very closely with their tight daily schedules to have equipment set-up ready at precise times of the day, this we do to perfection.
Nationally we can operate anywhere, including London. We have been told that our rates are very competitive against local London AV companies and this has led to Mercian Events being used for smaller but extremely important events in the capital. We have business pending in Wiltshire, Manchester, Cobham (Surrey) and Yorkshire, we have just completed a successful event at Southampton Football Club.

We also remove the equipment from the venue at the end of the hire leaving the venue as we found it and in some cases tidier.
